  6. This location at 12620 Jones rd. in Houston, Tx. is worthless. My visit was on 2/26/22 @ 11:34 am.
    The food was terrible. The service was terrible. The employee seemed to be on drugs. It was not
    busy, yet they took 20 min to do two hamburgers. I was given a receipt with an option to send in
    a feedback. However, there is no survey # on that receipt. I can guess why,,,,since the food and service
    was so bad. The check # is 657138. The drive thru # is 639. I will never go to sonic again!!!!!

I do NOT care about 1/2 price or free items I want to report my food. I called & he took my email & ph # & no info about the food. We like Sonic in the past but if this does not change Sonic will be out of business soon. We got 4 chili cheese dogs & 1 sm mozarella stick. Cost $24.60. We could have had a sit down meal for less including drinks. The food was cold & we’re disappointed. The chili cheese dogs had nothing for 2″ on each end. The sauce & cheese was very thin & did not cover the whole dog. I loved these before & they were covered but not now. They could PUT Chili & cheese on the entire dog, not just sprinkled here & there. It’s NOT WORTH THE PRICE & not WORTH anything. GARBAGE! WILL NOT GO BACK.

  9. I made a special trip to store #6228 in Hazleton. I wanted to try the new sandwich they are advertising, the grilled cheese double burger. I ordered 3 of them to go, plus milkshakes. Kinda expensive for fast food but I wanted to try it. I get home to eat and what do I find? 2 of the smallest burgers I have ever seen in my life on a hamburger bun. I immediately called the store to question it and was told they were out of the texas toast so they used hamburger buns. That’s not what I ordered. They should have told me when I ordered and I could have changed my order. And the topper was that they couldn’t even give me correct change.
    This isn’t the first time I was disappointed there. I tried several times to order at the drive thru and was ignored for ten minutes. And there was only 1 car ahead of me. I gave numerous chances for proper service in the past but now I have reached my limit. I honestly don’t think I will go back. And when my ftiends ask why, I will tell them. Very disappointing.

  10. went to nearby Sonic in Houma,La. (west side) got a double cheeseburger for my wife & a #1 meal which is a single cheeseburger, fries & drink. My burger was cold & the fries were stale (chewy) & cold also. My wife warmed her burger in the mic as she didn’t eat as soon as I got home, so her burger was fine.
    I haven’t eaten at Sonic in a while but if this happens again, it may be a while longer.

  11. My wife & i live about 10 miles from the Sonic in Laurie Missouri. We eat there probably twice a month, the food & service are always great, but they almost never have the door leading in to the restrooms unlocked. Usually one or the other of us needs to use the restroom & when we get there it is locked, then we have to get someone to unlock it & wait while they are doing so.
